What Products do you use?
Nature’s Beauty uses only the finest natural products including, Viva Organics, Pure Anada, Spela, Sweet Leilani, ZuZu Luxe, and Sappho. Products I use that are not all natural (because somethings can’t be) are professional quality and always cruelty-free. They include BITE Beauty, Urban Decay, Naked Cosmetics, Pure Cosmetics and Stila! All of her products and brushes are cleaned and sanitized after each client to prevent cross-contamination.

Are your services mobile?
Wedding day services are mobile. Most makeup trials are done in my home studio. If you’d like me to come to you for the trial, travel fees may apply.

Can you service a large bridal party?
Sheena can accommodate as many people as you need! Depending on the number of services needed for your party, more artists and stylists can be booked for your big day.

Can you do touch up’s before and after the ceremony?  
Makeup touch up’s before and/or after the ceremony is becoming extremely popular. We can definitely accommodate a last minute touch up right before you’re about to walk down the aisle, and after your first kiss as husband and wife. Please inquire for more details and pricing.

Do you require a minimum booking fee?
Due to the large volume of bridal clients, we serve during peak season, a 50% non-refundable minimum is required for booking a bridal party. It’s ideal to book a consultation and secure services on your wedding date at least 8 months to a year in advance. This way you will have peace of mind and time to prepare the best look for your wedding.

Do you require a booking fee? And what forms of payment do you receive?
A 50% deposit of the wedding day total will be required to secure your booking date. No date can be held without a deposit. Accepted forms of payment are Cash and Email money transfer.

Do you travel to other areas outside of Crowsnest Pass?
Yes, however, a travel and/or accommodation fee may apply. Please contact us for more information.

Do you offer hair services?
Yes, we absolutely do! Please inquire for more details.

Can you accommodate someone who didn’t book your services, but wants makeup/hair done on the day? 
During peak season that may be difficult as we typically have a certain amount of time scheduled for your session. Depending on the timing, we would, of course, be honoured to accommodate someone who would like our services. If it works with both of our schedules then it’s no problem at all

Preparation
In order to ensure you look flawless on your big day, please secure a consultation at least 8-12 months before your wedding. On the day of the trial please bring any images of makeup and hairstyles that you like. This will make sure we both can envision the same look. The trial typically lasts two hours. Sheena’s skills ensure that she will create beauty that’s naturally you! We recommend booking engagement photos on the trial day, this way your makeup is done! Or try to book a trial for an event where you might want to look all dolled up!
